We love Austin and believe in its future!

Acre-Bytes is a new land investment company born out of an Austin neighborhood of friends and family seeking to contribute to Austin’s growth. As a neighborhood and family, we pooled our resources to purchase land and guarantee its maintenance.

You may be wary of investing in undeveloped land. We see opportunities where others see only vacant land. Software giant Oracle has moved its headquarters to Austin, and companies like Google and Tesla have moved operations here too. Our primary focus is on you, the investor. At Acre-Bytes, we believe that the process of investing in the land should be straightforward and affordable.

We are in it for the long haul and are with you every step of the way of the development of future commercial and residential properties. Our team has 35+ years of experience in the Texas real estate market and 10+ years of active investment in family and hospitality-based investment properties.

Nirav

Nirav has held various positions in the technology industry for more than two decades and has lived in Texas for 25 Years.

Nirav has experience in hospitality industry ownership and has been the owner and manager of real estate for the last ten years. In addition to his twin daughters, he and his wife are currently busy welcoming their 6 month old puppy into the family.

Nirav also has over a decade of stock trading experience. For enjoyment and relaxation, Nirav watches cricket, plays poker and loves traveling with his wife and children.
